1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the scheduling services offered by Care Cadence ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Medical and Insurance Disclaimers

Care Cadence is a scheduling, pacing, and budgeting organizer. We do not provide medical services, clinical advice, or formal insurance coverage approvals.

  • Not Medical Advice: The pacing calendars generated by our strategy engine are suggestions designed to maximize benefit limits. They should not supersede the clinical recommendations, urgency, or treatments prescribed by your healthcare providers.
  • Not Claims Adjudication: We estimate your out-of-pocket costs and deductibles based on policy parameters. However, final claims approvals, co-pays, and payments depend entirely on the formal adjudication completed by your insurance carrier.

3. Account Registration and Billing

To use certain features of Care Cadence, you must register for an account and select a subscription plan:

  • Subscription Fees: Paid tiers (Basic, Pro, Family, Ultra) are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically per year unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Regeneration Limits: Tier quotas (e.g. 1 generation for Free, 5 for Basic, unlimited for Pro) are enforced per profile. Mock/test generation limits are bypassed during pre-launch development phases.
  • Family Tiers: The Family Plan allows you to track up to 5 individual family members. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to enter benefits data for minors or dependents under your plan.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Care Cadence only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Submit fraudulent policy details or artificially manipulate inputs to gain unauthorized access to premium processing routes.
  • Use any automated scraping, data harvesting, or extraction tools on our Live Provider Search lists or database.
  • Attempt to bypass the security layers protecting other patient accounts or API routes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate in its scheduling estimates.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Care Cadence, its founders, or licensing partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to clinic cancellation fees or unpaid insurance claims.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by placing a notice on our website or emailing your account address.
